So I had my first news meeting tonight. After going through the preliminaries, we went through what stories were available and there was an incredible opportunity to interview the politics editor of Rolling Stone magazine regarding the dynamics of the social and political changes that America is currently going through....I didn't get it because I'm new to the writing staff.

Words can't adequately describe how irritated I am at this. Ugh.

Irritating. Especially since you lost a fine opportunity to grill the guy on his magazine's obvious puppy-love for that no-talent ***-clown Lil' Wayne (seriously...what the ****?). On the bright side, you'll probably get another great opportunity similar to this after you've proven your worth.
